Contact Center Officer

Position Summary:

Responsible for:

Taking inbound and making outbound calls with Customers/Agents in a timely manner.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions.
Responding to Customers/Agents questions and concerns about the company services

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced written correspondence skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Problem solving skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Overall experience: Minimum 2-3 years in relevant position

Gender: Female

Field Representative (Beirut & Baabda)

Position Summary:

Responsible for developing the agent network within the assigned geographical area by effectively promoting the company's services and maintaining excellent Agent-relationships.

Qualifications: University Degree in business administration, marketing or related field

Technical Skills:

Arabic and English
Advanced communication skills
Experience in outdoor sales of products/services

Overall experience: minimum 2-3 years in Outdoor sales

Age: Between 25 & 35 years (Male)

Motorized: optional
