2.     To "Receive Money" or Incoming Transfers are paid in Lebanon in Cash USD exclusively. These transfers are subject to a reduced 1% cash-handling fee, displayed on the receipt, to manage USD liquidity, including shipping, transportation, insurance and distribution costs. This fee appears on the "Receive Money".

3.     RIA great exchange rates are applicable when converting money from US Dollars to other currencies and vice versa.

4.     Other terms and conditions may be applicable and Limitations on amounts that can be sent vary by country.

RIA Pin is a unique 11-digit number related to a specific money transfer completed through RIA. The sender must share this Pin with the recipient to collect his funds.

Tracking your transfer

• You can use either your order number or PIN to track your transfer online.

Provide your order number when you contact us

• When you contact us, we'll ask you for your order number; it's how we identify your transfer. 

Share your PIN with your cash pickup recipient

• Your cash pickup recipient will need the PIN (as well as government-issued photo ID) to collect the transfer at a Ria location. They won't be able to collect the transfer with the order number.

1. Locate the nearest MTM location or call MTM contact center on 81 - 477000

2. Provide MTM Agent/Operator with the following:

•   The 11-digit RIA PIN
•   Your original valid ID
•   Your address and contact details
•  The Sender's first and last names, Originating Country, and the amount you expect to receive

3. Sign the "Receive Money" receipt

4. Collect the funds in Cash USD exclusively. Please ensure to count the money in full before leaving the location
