Four easy steps:

  1. Visit your nearest MTM locations
  2. Provide the Tax Form (declared Online)
  3. Settle the Amount due
  4. Collect from the locations:
  5. MTM Receipt (Customer Copy)
  6. Tax Form duly signed & stamped by MTM agents.
